Description
This Introduction to Mindfulness workshop is for those wishing to come and gain insight into the nature of mindfulness. It provides opportunity for anyone who would like to understand mindfulness, how it can help their lives and how to begin to practice. This workshop is suitable for those who have little to no knowledge of mindfulness or for those who have some knowledge and would like to find out more.
Mindfulness is a science based skill that anyone can learn and benefit from in their daily lives. This workshop aims to provide a stepping stone for those who wish to begin, or continue their mindfulness journeys.
